The Principal of the school has overall responsibility for the management of the whole campus and works under the auspices of The National Autistic Society.
The senior management team has management responsibility across both the junior and senior campus, with defined areas of responsibility as follows:
The Depute Principal (Support for Learning) has responsibility for support for learning within the campus as well as the development of the outreach service.
The Depute Principal (Social Work Services) has responsibility for all aspects of residential care and supported living across both campuses, and for ensuring the fusion of care and education continues across the 24-hour curriculum.
The Depute Principal (Curriculum) has responsibility for the planning, organisation, monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum and for learning and teaching.
The Bursar has responsibility for financial management including preparation of the school's annual budget, monitoring and analysing the financial performance to ensure best value and also the calculating and monitoring of fee levels.
The Ancillary Services Manager has responsibility for human resources, administration and staff training, as well as facilities management, which includes catering, cleaning, maintenance, building projects and health and safety.

At Daldorch, all staff members work together as a team, to ensure residential care and education staff work closely together in collaboration with the support for learning team. Equally, ancillary services provides operational support to all staff, including those who work directly with the children and young people. In working together the whole team strives to provide the best educational and social opportunities and facilities to enable the children and young people to achieve their full potential.
At Daldorch, we recognise and build on the individual strengths and achievements of staff and provide extensive continuing professional development and training to ensure that all staff are appropriately qualified to achieve the highest standards of service delivery.
The school has developed positive links with Ayrshire and Arran Health Board, who provide a range of medical services. The school benefits from the regular involvement of a paediatrician, school nurse and occupational therapist. In addition we have access to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and to the Community Learning Disabilities Team. Children and young people regularly access the community dental service and other services such as dietetics and podiatry as required. A local GP practice provides an enhanced service with clinics held twice weekly on campus.
