Student fundraising for the NAS

Welcome!

Welcome to the NAS Rag fundraising page and thank you for your interest in learning about autism, the work of the NAS and ways in which your Rag can get involved.

Are you:

  • part of a student fundraising group?
  • motivated to help raise funds for a good cause?
  • interested in raising funds and awareness of a condition that affects nearly 600,000 people in the UK?

Are you interested in:

  • gaining experience of volunteering and event management by organising your own fundraising event?
  • enhancing your CV?
  • having fun and creating lots of unique university memories?

We appreciate the valuable role that students can play in supporting the work of the NAS. Your support is key in helping us raise awareness of autism amongst students and the wider public, as well as raising vital funds so we can help more people affected by the condition.

Thank you!

We want to say a big THANK YOU to Aberdeen, Loughborough, Nottingham Karnival and Warwick Rags for all their support over the last year. Your fundraising has really made a difference to the lives of people affected by autism. Keep up the good work!

Street collections
Street collections are a fantastic way to raise money for the NAS. We have all the materials you will need, including T-shirts, buckets, stickers and, of course, the permits. Find out more about permits for 2009.

Choose the NAS as your charity of the year or organise an event in aid of the NAS
We have a fantastic Rag fundraising pack bursting with great fundraising ideas and hints and tips on making your event a success.

To request further information or fundraising packs and materials, telephone Sunny Sunshine on 020 7923 5704 or email: sunny.sunshine@nas.org.uk
